Ladies, would you wear...
« on: July 17, 2009, 11:49:35 PM »
Would any of you wear any of these jeans?
...and if so, what would you consider a fair price to pay for them?

      pair #2

      pair #3

Thanks.  I'll make a note of that...brazilian cut is for bikini waxes only!  :P

Also too, what would you consider to be a fair price for them?

I couldn't fairly say what a fair price for the bottom 2 would be since I wouldn't buy them....looks like the 2nd pair is OK but I tend to like a boot cut so I wouldn't pay anything for them unless I was in total need of jeans and had none...then I'd pay about $40 at the most maybe?  I think I'd rather wear sweats than the bottom pair...no offense to anyone at all ....everyone has different tastes.

The first pair, if it had a boot cut and looked and felt great on and I knew the jean was well made and wouldn't further rip or hole anymore than intended I would be more apt to spend more money on them.  Those kind of remind me of some mek? jeans I recently tried on.

You find a pair of jeans that fit/feel good and it's worth some money imo

The material obviously looks high end almost Italian Denim so I would say the price is about $200 to start.

I wouldn't wear any of them though and not just because I don't like to wear denim very often.
They are all just plain ugly...

Just Bad Bad Blood!

Ladies,

Thank you so much for your feedback. I personally wouldn't wear any of them either, but I know there are those for whom they do have appeal. I'm not one for trendy fashions. My fashion preference is more classical, and when it comes to jeans, definitely higher waisted. I have a very curvy, rounded tushy, and lower waisted jeans have a tendency to emphasize my bootyliciousness more than I care to emphasize it, but I'm just trying to get a feel for your impressions. Thanks for the feedback. It was very valuable. And yes OS, you are correct, ...they are very high end.

One of my big challenges is that while I prefer the quality & workmanship of high end goods (especially shoes), however, I often prefer the simplicity of the knock offs. I love the workmanship of a Christian Louboutin shoe, but then some manufacturer will come along and simplify the Louboutin style in a way that's more to my liking, aesthetically & pricewise, ...but the quality and workmanship won't be the same. I like high end quality at knock off discounted prices.

Ok Ladies, ...same questions apply,

1) Would you wear any of these dresses?
2) What would you consider a fair price to pay for these?

So as not to leave the gentlemen out, ...the men should answer this question.

1) Do you find either of these dresses appealing? (not for you...  your wife / girlfriend / potential pickup)

      dress#1

While the details aren't that clear in the pic, it has a racer back, and is embedded with multi-colour matching rhinestones throughout. Very glittery... bright and shiny.

      dress#2

This one is a floral print with a drop down neckline in the back with chain.

THUD!

That sound you heard was me falling off my chair! Really?!
I'm surprised. Both at the no, and the price you quoted.

Personally, I would wear both of them, ...but that's just me.
I'd think any woman in shape could really rock those styles,
...especially dress #1. And if she's a bodybuilder, with well defined back & shoulders... LOOK OUT!

I guess everybody has different tastes. oh well. Thanks for the feedback. keep it coming.  :)

OK, what say the rest of you? Ladies, Gentlemen, opinions please.

I usually buy 34" inseam because I like to wear heels.

Is there any way to blow them up. It's hard for me to see the details of the dresses.
I'm getting more the ambiance of the location for the shoot. I think I need to eat more carrots or something.

There really aren't any details on the black one...the red one I just went to see if I could post the bigger pic and I can't ..it's like a flash player or something..but I looked at another view of the red dress and I wouldn't get it :-\  The top part is really cute but the bottom actually isn't!

OK, ...just wondering. 'Cause the girl in that pic looks like she has legs for days.
So I'm thinking that unless a woman has long legs too, ...those jeans may not look the same on her when she gets them home, as they do on the model, ...but if she's wearing them with heels, ...she'll pull off the look very successfully.
