NO BULL radio, Shawn suggested Kai Skip the Olympia, Win the 09 Arnold and Then Steam roll the 2009 Olympia.
He suggested that the "powers that be" would not let Kai place above 5-6 and also Kai's contractual obligations (new supp company) and guest posing would not allow him to fully prepare for the 08 Olympia.

He can do the Olympia if he keeps his weight in check and not hit 300+ lbs. If anything he can lose a few lbs.

Maybe not top 3, but the only guys that could beat him are Jay, Dex, Wolf, Phil. So that means minimum 5th place. he has over taken Guys like Melvin, Toney, Gustavo with his insane mass and ridiculous conditioning. Melvin, Toney, Silvio, Branch, Gus. None of them will be in the top 5

Possibly but that says more for the lack of depth we have rather than Kai's quality. I still prefer another 5-6 guys over him. Besides, he's not a proper bodybuilder - more a one-to-one gay toy and that should have him out of the top 15 in any show he enters. I think he too should be destroyed.

Financially, 5th place at the O is a nice payday, maybe he could catch DEx or Dennis or Phil sleeping and slip into that top 4. Either way, Kai is going to make his mark in Vegas this year

Shawn knows from experience. True Kai has done well. But he needs a chest and the waist needs to be brought down. The O and the Arnold are where you bring your "A" game. By taking time out one can re-assess one's body and fix the issues. Plus, it leaves tongues wagging. How will he look in '09?

what do you mean the powers that be wouldn't allow him to win, freakin joe weider has men come in and sodimize him, is a flaming homo, and most of the bb tops are gay as hell, Im sure they love kai, Kai isn't gay though, yeah he did some stuff in the past but does that matter when other bbs have too, I heard of parties were they get on each other and hump the shit out of each other, why is this not frowned upon too?

Unless there's some valid reason to think he can massively improve his physique with the time off, he should do the O. It's a decent paycheck, and keeps his name out there.
Pros only seen to have one "quantum leap" in physique during their pro careers... Kai already had his. He's pushing max Palumboism, and it's all downhill from here.
2009 belongs to either Wolf or Heath, depending on which direction the IFBB wants to go.
