Thank you Jeffro, wavelenght, flexingtonsteel, tbombz...........  I am trying to get healed her in Michigan I can really only train every other day right now because of my elbow, suckzzzzzzzzzz...  I love high volume and very few rest days so this has been a real battle.  I tried to load a pic of what I look like as of today but it says its too large.  Ill keep working on it...

     Yes!  She is...  Crazy to some but my mom is more like a training partner then anyone I have ever trained with.  She is always twenty minutes early and always MOTIVATED, ITS CRAZY..  We just do opposite exercises example:  if she is on the leg press I squat and if I am on the leg press she squats.  We don't talk much at all and she always keeps me focused.  We are really more like friends actually.  I like the fact she is not social so I don't have to worry about her talking about some chick on the treadmills.  Also she is an amazing spotter.  Years of practice I guess.  Crazy, hell it works....

lol nice, man. My mom used to run HARDCORE when she was quitting smoking about 10 years ago. Went from skinny slob to super athlete. Now she's ripping it up at the gym and when her crazy hospital schedule permits, I put her through brutal, girly workouts lol. She's only like 90lbs and a midget but she's getting some pretty sick guns. Them shits must be a good 12" or so. Her calves are huge though. Fantastic quads too. Even when she was anorexic when I was a child I remember people commented on her legs.

No one looks twice at her when I'm around, but when they think I'm done my workout I see them hit on her and get brutally shot down. Fuck, I love my mom :)
