Digging the -aj- esque triceps in the avatar brother. How are the calves?

The calves suck Bro, in fact my legs in general suck. Blew my knee out with heavy squats in my younger days so difficult keeping size on the lower limbs. Upper body still hanging in there despite being in my 60's. Still work out heavy, though less on shoulders and legs due to injuries.
