what else is there to say, he looks bit flat in some areas, but the conditioning is already there, all thats left is the bit of water on stomach.
looks very dry, look at side abs.
if he goes off the things that make one hold water at the right time, i dont know how to say it, i think he should win it.no 3rd, no runner up, but straight up win it.
the gut is absolutely under control and extremly small 5 weeks out, this he cannot possibly mess up anymore.
never liked the guy, and i know, wait to see him next to others, but i seriously think he can win the o.
his back loked pretty ready some weeks ago already.

Yeah but he has the 10 time 4 weeks out Mr. O winner for his trainer in DJ. DJ used to look amazing weeks out then the day of the show pales in comparison. DJ just could never nail it on show day. Hope he doesn't fuck up Ramy.

i can see it, 1 or more of those 3 will prevent at all cost to stand next to him too much.
goes like this, jay cutler only has size as strenght, with a barrell torso , bithgive happy waist.
think rami next to that, with his mulatto waist and dwarfing jays mass on every part, incl legs and exp arms.
then phil, with not so blessed midsection, his arms wont look so impressive next to taller guy with bigger arms.
kai will come in with a gut or dead flat.
people that says he will not place in the top 5 at the o dont understand how fucking big the guy is. 300 pounds with that midsection is unheard of and he doesnt have any mayor flaws to. ( yeah yeah calfs but that doesnt count)

This is great bodybuilding structure.
Really, one of the key things, the must have for looking good as a bodybuilder is wide shoulders. A small waist helps a lot but mostly wide shoulders like most Olympias have had. Also not looking like a squished together version of a grown man aka midgetism with a large head compared to torso.
It bears repeating, Ramy has great structure for bodybuilding.

The man is bigger then Ronnie, Jay, markus, Wolf, dillet and Yates yet his midsection is smaller then them all.
In fact take a look at his wrists, he has a bone structure of 200lb bodybuilder yet he is 300lb.

Not really, unless you compare his to Wolf's but it won't cost him really. He will definitely be in the top 5 and has huge potential, beyond that who knows how the politics will play out.

some guys here are harsh on ramy.. no one is flawless,.. even the best of the best.. dorian "in 93 before the biceps injury" at his very best still his huge back out massed the rest of his upper body.. he needed a little bit bigger chest, arms and shoulders to go with his back.. still over all he looked amazing..
ronnie coleman at his very best "in 98" had no calves and this killed the proportion between his lower and upper legs.. his abs looked genetically weird and had some gyno appeared clearly when he was relaxed.. still over all looked amazing..
and lee hanney at his very best "in 91" needed bigger arms to match his huge chest and back and needed bigger lower body to match his wide torso.. still over all he looked amazing..
i am not comparing ramy to these greats but ramy definitely has everything to be one of them in the near future if he does things right.. his only clear weakness are his calves,.. although not bad or missing like ronni's and wolf's but still clearly small for his quads and for the rest of him.. definitely he wont be able to totally fix this weakness but i think he can improve it a little bit and even if he cant improve them a little bit they are still better than 8X mr olympia ronnie coleman's.. as for his small gyno it's unseen beside's ronnie's gyno.. beside these he has no other weak points.. his back is very good.. far away to be compared to dorian's or ronnie's but this doesnt make it a weak point or we can consider phil's and kai's backs weak points..
i think he will be 2nd or 3rd this year and if he keeps improving he will sure be the next dominant champ for years.. he is still young and has it all..

any normal guy would rather look like frank zane.. but imagine if the pros levels stayed the same as the 80s the sport would have been very boring and no one would follow it.. some armatures now look better than some of the legends of the 80s!!..
