Not necessarily - sadly, I just think Rich was so diseased that it made a positive determination of his death extremely difficult.  I don't think that should be very surprising, given the number of years that he had used all sorts of drugs.

Someone will get it, and post it. Autopsy reports are public domain in Florida, so someone would just need to make a formal request and pay for the leg work of copying, etc.....

He and Piana died in a similar time frame, so it should be done, and waiting for someone to request it. Piana was a much bigger celebrity, so there were probably a ton of folks waiting for it.
