Reeves was tiny but was something of a homunculus, i.e., a normal looking person that was just really small, as if they'd been left in the dryer too long. ;D Or as chaos said (and John thought it was great) a "lawn jockey".
Kinda like Lee Priest without the shit-ton of drugs. ;D
