So I took a day off lifting yesterday and just let myself eat and rehydrate. I was 223 at noon yesterday and 228 after dinner 1. I didn't weight myself after the show. I did eat at the show. I actually went to a concert in the pouring rain figured I would lose weight. I did not drink any alcohol or soda. I realize I did something different yesterday when I saw my weight today. This is at 2pm today

223 or 323 doesn`t mean shit.....it`s all about how you look and you have plenty of weak areas to improve upon.It stands to reason that if you pig out and drink a shitload of fluid you will weigh more.....not a great indicator of if you are putting on muscle or not.Here`a a tip...........go by the mirror and throw your scale away.........you are obsessed by the scale which literally doesn`t mean all that much.
You're actual body weight is first thing in the morning. Empty stomach. Not at the end of a day where you've been stuffing yourself

From what I hear...not sure if it` true or not, it`s impossible to gain 10 pounds of muscle in 2 days............I think !!
