Do Ed Coan's 10 week deadlift program.  You will get to where you want.

I'm 3 weeks out of a boot and am going to start it this weeks, after building up with a few workouts.

I was doing this program when I broke my foot, I was in week 6 - it works.

I love Coans programs, he trained for meets, while still incorporating BB style training and accessories.

Exercise is a brutal 5 sets of standing calf raises and then a savage 5 sets of seated calf raises. Cardio is walking at a constant 0.8 miles per hour while sightseeing at Kitty Hawk.

Pick up the stepdaughter from school, smoke a couple of bowls and call it a highly productive day.

Sounds like a Spartanlike regiment to me....ya` gotta` be highly motivated to do that on the daily.  LOL
