everyother day i do barbell squats with 135 totaling 40-50 reps
everyother day i do barbell miltary presses with 135 and do some pushups totaling 40-50 reps
on my squat day, i dont really want to run and risk losing recovery. and i dont quite have enough power or motivation to do more sets so i just do alot of curls with the 40 pound dumbells around 200 curls, thats 100 per arm, its really easy working biceps perhaps if if do them enough i lose fat too
perhaps it wont take a whole lot more sets and reps to excede my basal metabolic rate and start losing fat while still eating alot
