Post by: flexingtonsteele on December 18, 2008, 05:59:16 PM
Mine are sweet potatoes and WMS!!

The sweet potatoes just because they taste great and go with any food.

And the WMS because they fill me up so much pre and post workout, nothing beats it.

i havent had dextrose in years man, i remember it being SUPER sweet though.

But I like waxy maize much better, keeps the midsection bloat down and fills up the muscles QUICK!!!

i would use waxy maize over dextrose if i had as much waxy maize as i have dextrose..but dextrose is cheap so i get in bulk.. and at times i use a shit load of powdered simple carbs so its cost effective..but i got some cheap waxy in the auction at trueprotein so thats cool

alex says you and him are gonna cme to in shape on the 26th

Good = Sweet potatoes, especially red garnet and hearty oatmeal (my own combo including steel cut)

Bad = Warm bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic

Oats, shredded wheat, rice, and maltodextrin are my favourites.

I wish I could choke down a baked potatoe but find it really difficult for some reason.

Try topping it with something like chili or some steamed broccoli & light ranch dressing.

I made White Chocolate, Cranberry, Macadamia Nut cookies tonight.
I baked 2 batches before I realized I forgot a key ingredient  ::)

Lesson learned:
Don't drink wine and bake.
