That meal is about 4500 calories, I'd guess. Believable, I think. Assuming he spent two hours in the gym leading up to that, was weighing 230+ pounds... Yep, I could see it.

When I did my big unsightly bulk, I was 190 pounds, then 200, then 210, then 220.... I was lifting 90 minutes every morning, then it was off to the Golden Corral Buffet for 3 plates of food every day, followed with a daily "cake with a hot fudge sundae on top of it". And I was just a fat natural kid. Add 50 pounds of muscle + sports technology.... entirely believable.

that kind of mcLunch is entirely possible then. We've all had meals of 4000+ calories after a workout at some point, buffet style. If dude is well over 270 pounds, doesnt' surprise me a bit.
