Sev, what are the weights on those lifts? Seriously....

Some decent lifting Sevastase. 500lbs is very good for squats but you should try going below parallel - better results that way

I think that with your weight you could do very well in powerlifting meets.
PS. Don't go below parallel with heavy weights on the squat, there's no need to get injured for nothing.

Hell out of all of them I was more impressed with the tennis, my fatass is WAY to uncoordianted to do something like that. And even if I did hit the ball it would freaking go flying instead of where I wanted it to go.
Anyways good job on all the lifts very impressive that Wolfy guy must know his shit :)

Yeah Cage fighting, did it way before it was cool!!! Guess I was kind of a GetBig Trendsetter Huh? To bad I didnt wear a Tapoout shirt to the ring :)
I took a quik look around for the CD with the vids on it could not find it though. I'll dig a little deeper this weekend to see if I can find it. As for fighting though I'm retired after 1 fight, will never again step foot in a ring to do battle!!! I'm now a officially licensed judge and get to spend three or four weekends a year sitting cageside judging fights now. Sat the 14th I got a real good fight show i'm judging in Lima Ohio. The show attracts some really good amatuer fighters and it is always a good turnout with good fights.
And the best part is the Bud Select ring girls :)

sev i dont doubt about your lifts, but i do doubt about you being a real atp player. As i told you before i know marcelo rios and fernando gonzalez, a while ago i shown them your picture+name, and they never saw you playing anywhere, how can you explain this? Rios was #1 and gonzalez been doing pretty good (top 20), both are friends of mine (not closer friends). did you ever play against them?

405 x3 benching.....485x3 squatting....240 kgx1 squat
impressive lifts but they're closer to ordinary knowing you're on gear

never...both were/are top 5 in the world and a former no 1...I was much much lower ranked...I said I played pro tennis as in futures events, etc. Those guys were top players in the world. If I would've played with them I wouldn't be here now answering to some annoying south american annonimously posting on getbig as benz.

playing pro in tennis just means you've played enough years and pay more in entry fee's to be considered pro...
you can also be considered pro by coaching and getting "paid to play" which is really all a pro is in any sport.
I too have played tennis for quite some time...and your video of "warmups" doesn't prove much other than the fact you dump alot of balls in the net. :-\ And trust me..i can read that just from where you're catcthing the ball off the racquet in your vids.
what were you looking to get out of posting these videos anyway? there's been a few times where you've stated that you used fake plates in that squat video of yours. And aren't those kilogram plates? Meaning they would be what in lb'age?

sevastase, how many soccer teams make it to the world cup, does that mean all of them are champions? You told me you never met none of the 2 real pro's i mentioned, nor they know you, so the thing is, if you never played against them, where do you play at?

not a chance....i DID POWERLIFT IN THE PAST ... my back's fucked up and I keep having problems with my shoulders even when not lifting....I will resume training but I won't go anywhere heavy weights. It'll be high volume pump style with light weights
whats wrong with the back and shoulders?

and again : my lifts are very average....my tennis wasn't...and don't judge tennis based on a clip of me fat hitting barefoot with some random racquet . I understood exactly your post unless you speak ESL.
Those lifts are better than the average lifter...Strong stuff man, keep hitting the weights 8)

Doubtful. His lifts would go down, but I dont thin kthey would be that much.

it's weird....when we talk about size or strength it's always directly related to the amounts of anabolics taken so why mention it?
on the other hand i managed to run the hundred meters under 11 sec off drugs so GEO: remember that genetics are important too...
yes, agreed, genetics are huge and I'm sure there's people that are doing (or did) the same amount of gear with less numbers than those....
