What about ending your long term trend of never sticking to a program for long enough, and instead adopt a 5 year plan that you incorporate daily to really get your physique in good shape?
You should really diet away many more pounds, until you are 9% or something and then slowly gain and diet in small cycles.

Eat more carbs if you want to bulk. Just keep an eye on the waist line to make sure it doesnt blow out..

ADEQUATE carbs means more muscle. as does ADEQUATE protein.

well, not really eating everything under the sun. eating piles of 5-minute oats. quarts of eggbeaters. piles of chicken breast. and carbs, which i have grown to hate. oh, and buckets of whey powder. pretty sick of it. but it's working, i spose.

What do you think adequate protein means? ;D
depends on yoru metabolism, how much carbs yoru eating, and how hard your training. for most people..if your looking to gain size quickly, 2 grams protein per pound of LEAN bodyweight. an endomorph thats eating a good amount of carbs would need less, and an ectomorph eating anything short of a fucking shitload of carbs would need more.

Major improvement 240. Dont bulk up tho, try to get to where you cant pinch skin around your bellybutton.....thats when your in shape and can build muscular bulk.

A small increase in protein,(50-100 grams/day) drop the 5 minute oats and replace with steel cut oats( you only need fast carbs after a workout for the insulin spike with your shake) cut your cardio back a bit (20-25 minutes 5 days/week). Start doing some heavy compound excercises to add some mass reps in the 6-8 range for most. Other than that you look good Rob no need to gorge and get fat.

In all honesty, you did a great job dieting down and losing the fat. I just like busting your balls a bit cause you're pretty short tempered at times, esp. when provoked in the right way, lol

yeah i know dude..its the internet so i really dont care how people perceive me....so i meltdown all over the place just for fun..
and losing that fat was easy. anyfatty can lose weight. its easy if your over 15% bf, trust me. lol. when it gets tough is once yoru already fairly lean, then you have to fight against your body. but obese peoples bodys dont want to be fat...it will work with a fat person to lose the weight...
going to bulk up now, though.. plan to be 220+ in 10 weeks time ;)...200 right now.
