So this clown has the biggest "fitness" channel on YouTube and is all over advertisement wise. He seems like a douche and a liar and a charlatan. "Ancient Chinese Secret?" What?
Some of his biggest hits:
-You don't need to run a solid diet and a caloric deficit to "get ripped." No, Mike Change eats 5,000 calories a day and he has six pack abs!
-All supplements are a waste of money and time and the companies are just ripping you off....
-.....but to get that shortcut to health and fitness you need his SUPPLEMENT.
-You also need to get his super secret Chinese program and also give him your credit card info so that when you forget in 2 months his business will charge you 70 bucks a month automatically.
-There are no shortcuts to health and fitness....except with his supplements.
He needs to die in a fire.

he clearly explained that you only burn calories in the gym but with his afterburn effect secret you can burn calories up to 48 hours after working out
but you have to buy his book for 98 dollars
so...
if you saw the guy at a parking lot etc would you:
A) bash his skull with a sledgehammer, to knock some sense in him?
or
B) burn him with a flamethrower while explaining the afterburn effect?
