From what I can tell, Quickerblade is simply advising the men on this site to stop being insecure and to start having normal and genuine conversation with the women they are attracted to. Its funny you think quickerblades "method" is something that needs to be "proven". Be genuine and be yourself and dont be insecure or get attached to people you dont even know.  That is kinda just common sense.
