Brutha, you ain't kidding. Back in the day Glass was a freak in ripped condition. I think he won the middleweight Universe or something. Now he is one of the most sought after Gurus in the Mecca. Everytime I see him he looks like a homeless dude or something. It almost looks like he might have a recreational drug problem...?

Actually no Venice golds used to be my home gym Chris was very popular with the girls... He had a lot of hot ones around him , him and whenever Stan mcquay decides to train there , he is Chris's buddy after all ;)

Of Course he doesn't go zero carbs, his natural build is striations everywhere, that is his genetics and he stays within 15lb of contest weight, which means he starts his diet at 6% bodyfat, why the fuck would he go zero carbs?

True he is naturally a very skinny guy there are pics of him I've seen when he was 18 or so weighing 135 or something like that. Started as a bantamweight

I think Dex summed it up best Ron, ..... ''Cedric has not competed against anyone yet" So to think he could would not be wise as he has not proved himself but I suppose anything is possible.
