I'm 3 weeks out from my show and about to replace about 1/2 the Chicken breasts in my diet with Tilapia filets, will be replaced in equal portions i.e. 6 oz. Chicken for 6 oz. Tilapia. What makes it so much better than chicken? Less calories? I've also heard that the oils help to harden you muscles up a bit. Any comments would be appreciated

yes fish will produce a leaner physique than chicken
less calories, same protein ( less fat)

that's what i'm thinking too...that's like taking the same flavor protien all the time. As much as I like my chocolate NITREAN from atlarge..if i don't get some vanilla or strawberry from time to time I'll get sick of it!

I love Tilapia. Gets me lean quick. After reading the article below, I was worried, stopped eating farm raised fish, but due to the convenience and my diet.....
started again.

best advice is to mix them, but the Tilapia will get you leaner faster
