Anyone recommend a herbal full intestinal cleaning system/program?

Real curious about this lately as I'm having a hard time shedding weight and my bowel movements aren't as clock work as they used to be. Along with other things.

I have gotten a few off the net but I was wanting the advice/opinion of someone who has done this.
 
Just interested in things that i could find at a local heath or herbal store. I'm going to be off work for the rest of the year and thought this would be a good time to do this as I feel me and the bowl will become friends for a couple of days.

No, but she said it was some liquid stuff.  Mixed it with juice because apparently it tasted god-awful.
