Spaghetti is a orrible choice for high carbs. YOu need to make sure that your high carb is low glycemic yams, brown rice, ezekial products but definetly not spaghetti
actually i never do flatbench, sometimes incline bench, i concentrate more on shoulder barbell press, i do 70 kg for 8 on that.
if you re dieting dont do 6 days of high protein/low carbsdo 3 days pasta/spagetti loading , cook the spagetti and then add omega 3 oil for the flawour and health. so 3 days of the week only spagetti with a multivitamin/mineral tablet and omega oil. aim for 1300 calories from spagetti with 250 cals of omega oil. you can add a couple of eggs to that mix. that shold keep your metabolism very high, with a lot of energy, for the ultimate fat burn.
this is me before, with a bag of tits, and im hiding my fat stomack, i already lost 5 kg of fat, and added a inch on my upperarms. just wait, you wil get shocked with the results i made with my technique's .
