If you like garlic, try adding some to your egg breakfast.
I do that anytime I get tired of eggs, and it really enhances the taste regardless of how you prepare them: scrambled, over, omelet, etc.

Some sour cream and Frank's Red Hot also work wonders.

Try making a burrito with them.
You can add diced avocado, salsa, black olives, graded cheese or cheese sauce, sour cream, Tabasco sauce...be creative.

I love doing this with wheat tortillas.
Ezekiel bread may work well, too.

I don't ever get tired of eating eggs and they are easy on my digestive system.

Just drink them from the carton.  Saves time in cooking and trying to be creative with things to mix in your omelette, also saves time in getting them down since you can just chug it in a minute or so.  If you eat some peanut butter first it coats your tongue and throat so you can't even taste the liquid egg whites.  I can easily drink 500 ml of liquid egg whites but have a hard time stomaching even 250 ml of cooked egg whites.

yeah I was thinking of something else for breakfast that does not include eggs, like chicken/turkey..

bigbobs, do that all the time - learned from the bible also throw oatmeal into blender and one-two scoops of protein, banana and some olive oil ;) also have no problem drinking them straight from the carton sorta slowly felt in love with the taste lol like gh15 said...
