can you please provide a link to any double blind studies that have proven that there is a health benefit from any form of 'detoxing' other than when the word refers to going cold turkey after using a drug?

Umm.. can I?, I suppose I could, ...if I were inclined to search for something like that, ...but I'm not so inclined.
You are more than welcome to look for something if you feel that's what you need in order to commit to making healthier choices tho.  :)

I don’t know that WOOO is questioning “if” the above foods are healthy. Fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants undoubtedly carry benefits. I simply think there’s an implication that the term “detox,” by definition, may be somewhat misleading.

Exactly. There's nothing new or intelligent about that video. The use of the word detox is dishonest and potentially malicious.
