Would of been far better off eating real food, which actually requires the body to work to digest the food.

Do you know what his training & nutritional goals are?
Anyway, the fish oil in capsules is the same oil that is in the fish, which is the same oil we eat & digest - calories, fat, and all.

I was using "snack" jokingly.  I eat real food all the time.  Probably too much!
