hey guys
in June, I'm going with my family to New York. I think that we're doing a group tour thing. and so i dont think that I'm going to see a gym for two weeks. I'm kinka burning out from training so intensitive all the time. My question is that, should i still take my supplements even whem im not training?? I tak the normal whey protein powders, creatine, glutamine, ZMA and a Muliti-Vit?/ I think that my family is going to bring Vitamines so we dont get sick or anthing and I might bring some whey. Good On-the -go-meal. so should i take the extra supplements or just let my body just get a way for that until I get back??
