You dont understand...when using MuscleTech supplements...there is no such thing as 'overtraining'...just OVERACHEIVING.

i heard Ronnie built his physique in one giant 2 week training session were he only consumed muscletech products!

that's a terrible idea. muscle doesn't grow that fast. some people think that if you eat millions of calories they will go to your muscles when the muscles can only grow so much in so much time. where does the rest of the food go? that's how you get fat. and the other mistake is the bulking. naturals shouldn't bulk because having to lose a lot of fat afterwards will have you drop a lot of muscle.
