heavy standing barbell presses
couple sets of heavy laterals w/ drop sets
then some rear delt stuff
i think maybe some front raise shit
then some shrugging w/ barbells and dumbells
see why u shouldnt play that dumb game
u need to go see a doctor asap

thats how i usually do it to make sure my shoulders are warmed up for pressing

Could you check one more time to make sure he isnt wearing shoulder pads Gene? Doug Steele could of shipped him some overnight.

I've started doing it this way recently and I think it's working out OK, although strength is down on the standing presses, but that's OK, isn't it?

but im always so concerned about keeping my shoulders safe so im ok with it
but every now and then ill do presses 1st just to change it up
but i always make sure to really warm up my shoulders and rotator cuffs well

i just recently began doing seated dumbell presses on a bench w/ no back support-makes it really hard-u ever try them that way?

Sometimes I do them sitting like that, but I've been doing them standing lately, seems alot more intense and when I get tired I can use leg drive.

 Today I found a black snake in my yard now question is should I kill it? I understand they are good for keeping mice, chipmunks and other rodents out of your house and are non-posionous. Problem is I hate snakes what should I do?
