I've started doing it this way recently and I think it's working out OK, although strength is down on the standing presses, but that's OK, isn't it?
yeah youre def gonna be stronger if u did presses 1st
but im always so concerned about keeping my shoulders safe so im ok with it
but every now and then ill do presses 1st just to change it up
but i always make sure to really warm up my shoulders and rotator cuffs well
i just recently began doing seated dumbell presses on a bench w/ no back support-makes it really hard-u ever try them that way?
