I agree with this. As much as I got a little snicker out of the thread. Cswole gets a measure of respect for putting the video out there. He really should just forget all these internet challenges and concentrate on things for awhile like mobility and joint health, etc.... that a lot of guys forget in the pursuit of big numbers. No shame in mellowing with age.

Bro you are a very mysterious character, you say a lot of quality stuff but occasionally you lose all credibility with saying gale could be 185, at his height that would be a bean pole anyone who has been shredded and knows the game knows this,

he did not even tell me his weight when we first talked here and I guessed 215 and that is estimating his height by his kitchen pic, this is how knowledgable I am, gale is 210 easily, how someone would think he does not look it just goes against their knowledge, just keeping it real bro, not trying to insult in any way at all.
