prepped my lunch last night
forgot it in the frigde this morning
during my lunch i went to a super market looking at tasty prepared meals and sandwhiches
thought about it for a moment, realized i'd rather keep the money and went back to work
after all why work in the first place if ur gonna waste ur money like a fool
found comfort that gear will prevent catabolism and my chicken and rice is waiting for me at home
altho i had breakfast at 05:30 am and my second meal just now at 08:30
i guess as long as i get all the food in, the time between meals, and size of meals doesnt matter right
what about if the time between meals is 2 days? what then?
i still strugle with these mysteries, but as always there are no answers only questions
this is bodybuilding after all
