If you want to get maximum gains, then cutting your food budget is the last thing you want to cut!

Better cut your budget for distractions from training, such as cell phones, and cable TV!

i eat eggs and oatmeal with coffee for breakfast, mcds or burger king for lunch and some other shit meal for dinner and it's working well for me

how big are your arms now bro?

i gotta bring up my tris so i'm pounding them twice a week with mostly overhead shit and some dips with elbows close, back, and tight and torso erect (no homo)

Man I fucking hate shopping for groceries when you're broke. For about 2 years in college, I remember counting literal pennies on every item I would buy, and if you count wrong, the shame puting an item back.  :(
Worst then that though, was no insurance during those times too.

eggs and oatmeal for breakfast, tuna and poptarts for pre-workout meal. 2 scoops whey and pop tarts or oats post workout, chicken and rice for 3rd and 4th meal, ground beef and rice for 5th meal.

I eat for well under $500/month including eating out once/twice a week. It helps if you don't waste $ on things like diet soda and energy drinks etc. but I still do buy VPX Bang by the 12 case.

Yepp. Eat 200 gram of chicken evryday and up the rice! U will feel much better being able to train heavier, and become stronger.

Just pick a caloric amount and fill it.  You will choose foods that you like by default and you will look the exact same if you were to try to limit your choices.

I think TA's calorie meme contains getting your macros.  I think he doesn't list that since it's pretty easy to do if you eat reasonably.

8 cans of coka would not accomplish that.

forgot it in the frigde this morning

during my lunch i went to a super market looking at tasty prepared meals and sandwhiches

thought about it for a moment, realized i'd rather keep the money and went back to work

after all why work in the first place if ur gonna waste ur money like a fool  :-\

found comfort that gear will prevent catabolism and my chicken and rice is waiting for me at home

altho i had breakfast at 05:30 am and my second meal just now at 08:30

i guess as long as i get all the food in, the time between meals, and size of meals doesnt matter right ???

what about if the time between meals is 2 days? what then? ??? ???

i still strugle with these mysteries, but as always there are no answers only questions

this is bodybuilding after all

lots of sugar in it.

there is lower sugar milk these days but in general,,,

chicken and rice or tuna and rice, steak and rice is a better choice.

WHEN your lean which I know you are and I've noticed with myself as well ,ever notice you could meal time and eat same meals/protein.carbs and amounts and look flat some days and other days wing it and u look in mirror or after a good pump your like damn what changed,so many variables ..

but mainly i am impressed by how quickly i seemingly get leaner when i clean up my diet (meaning eating heaps of rice and chicken but cut out the pastries, kebabs and booze)

it's like it's happening overnight

i wish arms grew that fast  :-\
