Moderate poundages and higher reps
Train with power bands for around 70% of my workouts
Never do cardio in the gym but walk every day with the dogs
Diet wise, I eat maybe 5 times a day but I dont eat a lot in a sitting
Dont eat much between meals if at all.
Typical protein carb fat split is around 40/40/20
Dieting now I just eat the same but drop carbs.
Pancakes or eggs for breakfast
Chicken for lunch, chicken and crusty bread mid afternoon
Steak for evening meal with chips and vegs
Bowl of granola cereal or normal breakfast cereal if hungry.
Thats pretty much me Monday to Friday
Weekends eat what i like,
I drink 2 to 3 of litres of water with BCCAs during the day.
