Maybe you're right about the heigh level dictating calf and forearm size. It probably has to do with bone structure. Midgets scare me. For some reason...clowns and midgets frighten a BlockHead. The scariest movie I ever seen was Willow.

*hugs*And yeah, it seems like the shorter the person, the bulgier their forearms and calves. You could say the same for all muscles and height. A beanpole kid will never look as jacked as a little stump of a guy. But there are always exceptions, too, like Bill Kazmeier (spelling?). He was tall but had huge everything!
