Thats not being radical - There is far to much evidence all through history
to back we've had outside this world influence & plenty of modern footage

back then would've just randomly come up with such depiction

Could be a foreign government or our own. It would explain the speed if instead of a craft speeding through the sky it's just being moved like a laser pointer.

I've heard of project Blue Book but the radars did pick up these objects so I'm sure they were solid crafts.
