Hunter Biden has been found guilty of three felonies today in his Delaware gun crimes trial.

The Wilmington, Delaware jury unanimously voted to convict Joe Biden ’s son of two counts of lying on a federal form to buy a gun, and one count of possessing the firearm while abusing drugs.

The historic conviction marks the first time a current President’s child has been found guilty of a felony.

He will now await Judge Maryellen Noreika to decide on a sentence for the crimes, which could be as high as 25 years in prison and a $250,000 fine – though the typical sentence is much lower.

Joe Biden claimed last week that his son would not receive a presidential pardon.

They should sentence him to the maximum. Al Capone got 11 years for "tax evasion" but they weren't really sentencing him for tax evasion. Hunter Biden is a literal crackhead who got millions of dollars from foreign countries and now we're at war. I hope they throw the book at him.

This was an open and shut case wo a tinge of politics involved.  The exact opposite of the Trump case where the Judge and his family were partisan democrats, the DOJ at first refused to pursue it, there was and still has no real legal theory, etc.
