Branch has incomplete back development.
Gustavo kills him, and is harder.

Gustavo harder than Branch?? Hell no.
That being said, Gustavo looked really good at the beginning of the prejudging, but then he flattened out.

But Gustavos wheels are way smaller than Branchs.

Agreed.  Branch's arms really don't stack up in the pro ranks.
