Been at it for about two years..my training isn't anything special I train like a football player most of the time...diet isn't special right now, I eat whatever I want mostly...lots of oatmeal though...hardwork in the weightroom makes up for a lot

good work man.

What the hell are these highschool kids doing these days?  I mean when I was in school there was not an abundance of decent size and cut.  Now it seems they are everywhere.  We've always had the big ass farm boys..strong as hell but no definition.  Could be the internet has something to do with it since getting proven training/diet  techniques are a click away.  good job regardless.
