Last leg workout before a show

I have heard that it is best not to train legs within 1 week of a show.  Why is this and is that a good rule, or should it be two weeks or 3-4 days before the show (as I have also heard)?  Thanks.

I would stop 7-10 days before the show.  And that last workout should not be in any way intense.  You want those muscle fully recovered and filled out before slipping on your thong and parading around for the men.

no leg training 10 days out.......you want your legs nice and separated for the show.

Yeah it’s true, leave training before 1 week in order to recover well, and ready to fight again with great energy and passion.
