I was training for the canadian nationals while those two shows were happening. levrone blew
my mind at the jrs. they were talking about demayo having the best legs since platz, but levrones
legs were comparable.

i was doing two weight workouts a day plus three one hour cardio session each day (ya, ridiculous
overtraining) when i heard levrone say he didn't prepare much for the jrs, but got serious and did
3 30 minute cardio sessions PER WEEK!!

i was pretty shredded that year, 226 at 5'9. got beat by a bunch of fatsos.

overkill. i was young and still thought more is better. stupid fukker..

would have been much better with less training. i remember a guy asking if
i ever take days off.
