What year would you give the above photo? Before the decline or after? Seems like full in all respects there, great photo to my eye, fullness in both pecs and arms, gut threatening to extend but not a problem.

Maybe around the time of the 1998 Arnold Classic. He looked good but that was at the very beginning of the decline.

If he could’ve maintained his 1996 Arnold Classic mass... and brought his waist down, he would’ve challenged Yates & Coleman

(I’ve seen nearly of the top pro’s of the mid/late 1990’s in person. But unfortunately I never saw Vince Taylor, Aaron Baker, Markus Ruhl, or JP Fux)

Waist narrow from back but showing early roidgut potential when he turns. Pecs full and massive (superb) and arms still look fine to me (?).
