By 86 his arm recovered enough that it wasn't a total distraction. And for one of his last Olympias, I don't remember which one, he got into really good shape, very close to his 81 shape but a little bigger. As awful as his biceps tear was, i don't think it made a huge difference in his career. He was never going to win the Olympia and I don't think he competed in the smaller contests. Yet he's still really popular. He's one of the more 'famous' bodybuilders of the 80's.

It AINT diuretics either - I leaned from some top level pros that 1// - 1 dyazide and you can pull the water off like a drought - IF you are sure nuff skinned lean. Too many fools think diuretics can save a physique last minute. I’ve literally never seen that work. I did it ONCE - felt like I would die and couldn’t get a pump to save my life. After a pitcher of tea and hours after the show I was INSANE looking.
