I wouldn't complain either. They made a nice documentary about this guy, but unfortunately all is in Swedish, no subtitles.

OK. Valentino's right arm. Far left in the pic is his right delt. Center frame is bicep/triceps. Fading off to the right in the picture is his tiny forearm. His elbow is hidden by the bloat and oil.
