one of the builds of newer yrs i liked^^^since going 212 class and getting older a bit still looks great but has lost his once trmendous legs they are still ripped and great seperation but lost thickness...

As should you if you're into bodybuilding. Mark and Christina Dugdale have three daughters and live in the Pacific Northwest. -Seems to be a pretty solid fellow. He's won several bodybuilding titles since 2004.

he is lean as hell here lost that thicker look he once had don't know if its age or getting into 212 class,,his legs were bigger yrs ago..
