1.) sorry, i don't have Instagram, in my case it's useless but i understand how others try to get their name out
2.) i don't care for other people's achievements, it's their business not mine, i respect personalities not things and boasting about what somebody did or achieved just shows how important it is for them to be admired/given credit by others
3.) i've been here long enough to establish that you exercise and strive to acquire knowledge that surpasses that of a typical gym rat helping others achieve their goals in sports and similar areas , so i'll give you props for this and wish u the best
