Actually I cannot take credit for this , it was initially posted by FitnessFrenzy. I thought it deserved a repost, I would like to learn how to do this myself.

If you check out some pics of Arnold training in Munich, circa 1967, you'll see a photo or two of Wilf on the walls. I think Wilf was an early inspiration for Arnold for his wins at the Universe and Olympia.

Wow, Wilf looks amazing there. He also won the Most Muscular award at that show.

What ever happened to Dale Adrian. He exploded on the scene and won the Mr. America 1975 I believe. The talk was he's the next Larry Scott. Then he appeared to vanish without a trace. Does anyone know what happened to him?

He did the NABBA Universe the year he won the America but he took 2nd place and then he took 2nd the next year and then he stopped competing.
