I believe he said he is on TRT and he dyes his hair.  A guy who has good genetics and a work ethic can achieve that level of conditioning. Yes, having a good physique is possible by lifting hard, cardio and diet.  Just because users look like shit before and after using doesn't mean that a dedicated natural guy can't look good.   He weights 170lbs at 6'0" so he's not exactly huge.
