I am grateful to have been at that show and let me tell you I can hardly watch the vid without getting all sentimental and shit. Brings back lots of memories. Bodybuilding is not dead I assure you there are plently of us left to ressurect her.

I posted the vid partly because if you read the comments you will find his routine which I found to be similar to what I came up with after years and years kf trial and error. I thought some might find it good information. Padilla was sick! A very very good bodybuilder I had never heard of until recently.
