You're taking "why is this guy filming himself using truly GIRL weights," as in 15 lbs. DB curls and 135 lbs. squats, to "Ahh, you're a fucktard! He's bodybuilding! He doesn't need to scream and throw around weights he can't handle!"
LOL. There is a whole spectrum between the two -- and I'm willing to bet that, when you say you've stayed injury-free by using "moderate" weights, you still moved more poundage than an untrained girl, nay? Did you limit yourself to 135-185 on squats?
You look good, Jeff. I commend you for staying in good shape for so long, and I agree that ego-lifting is self-destructive. But again, there's a world of difference separating what this chap filmed and "yeah budday, lets me slip anuthuh disc wif dis eight hunded pount squat! Light weight!" style training.
