I had to have a bullworker when I was about 13. Just looked them up to see if they are still sold. $200 bucks now! I think I paid $34 bucks which was outrageously expensive. Back in the early 70's they gave you the address to an English bodybuilding champion named Len Sell for any questions. I wrote him a letter asking him about Nautilus equipment. I got a letter in the mail from England. He wrote two lines that he had never seen a Nautilus machine.

Yeah.

I like the kid, but that wide, long waist will prevent him from ever winning any big pro show. He'd be smart to go the Frank McGrath route and pimp himself out to a fart powder company.

I still have mine. Used it in March and April.

Rickson Gracie had a great physique. Many say he is the best that ever lived. He had no strike game but once he had you down you were finished.

Brad Harris the actor always took a hybrid approach to training. He trained hard in running and in lifting. The story is Arnold was always trying to get him to compete but Brad had no interest. From what I read he used three exercises for each body part and three sets of 12 reps if my memory serves me. He used both sprints and distance when he ran. He was a big user of the hanging leg raise for abs.

Larry Scott the first and second Mr. Olympia. I think he won a thousand dollars for his wins. Even today his physique stands up.

looking at the pictures makes me realize how many great Bodybuilders I have met in the 80-90's. Man I miss those days! Golds was the place to be and still is today, even though it changed quite a bit So many great pictures on here, keep up the good work. The younger generation will get the idea what Bodybuilding used to be.
