Here is the thing...  All these Trumpturds talking about how Trumpy could have pardoned every single one of these dumbasses.  (he couldn't but still, that's another story)  But he didn't.  Instead he pardoned Bannon, who turned around and stole money from these dumbasses.  hahahaaha.  You can't make this up.

Jurupa man who joined U.S. Capitol riot sentenced.

A 45-year-old man who was among seven people from Riverside County charged in the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol was sentenced on Monday to 18 months in federal prison.

Andrew Alan Hernandez of Jurupa Valley in September pleaded guilty to a charge of aiding and abetting in the obstruction of an official proceeding.

Hernandez admitted the felony count under a plea agreement with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, which agreed to drop five related charges in exchange for the admission.

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in Washington, D.C. certified the terms of the bargain and additionally ordered the defendant to spend 36 months on supervised release following his incarceration, as well as to pay $2,000 in restitution to the government.

Security surveillance camera images of Hernandez inside the Capitol Building on the day of the insurrection showed him carrying an American flag with a Go-Pro camera zip-tied to the pole.

The pictures, collected by the FBI and included in the indictment against the defendant, revealed he had entered the building via the East Rotunda Door, which was forced open, then milled about with others who had breached the Capitol.

He posted a social media message prior to joining the protest outside the Capitol that day, saying, “They are trying to steal the vote and will perfect and protect their fraudulent voting system when in power.”

Hernandez proceeded to the Senate Gallery, snapped a few selfies and exited the edifice 15 minutes later, according to prosecutors.

The defendant, like the other six Riverside County men charged with disrupting the Electoral College vote certification, was not accused of engaging in any act of violence against law enforcement officers during the breach.

He was the third defendant from Riverside County to enter a plea agreement with the government.

Jefferson man pleads guilty to role in Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection.

A Jefferson man pleaded guilty Thursday to breaking into the U.S. Capital on Jan. 6, 2021.

Court records show Joshua Colgan, 35, pleaded guilty, under a plea deal with prosecutors, to parading, demonstrating or picketing a Capitol building. Three other charges — entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building — were dismissed as part of the deal.

Colgan is expected to be sentenced in April. The misdemeanor charge carries a maximum sentence of six months in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $5,000.

As part of the plea deal, Colgan agreed to allow law enforcement agents to review his social media accounts for statements and postings around Jan. 6, 2021, and to conduct an interview with him prior to sentencing.

The FBI arrested Colgan on May 2, 2022, and charged him with four criminal counts in connection with the Jan. 6 insurrection. He initially pleaded not guilty.

Colgan admitted he drove from Lincoln County to Washington, D.C., on Jan. 5, 2021, and the next day listened to President Trump's speech from the Washington Monument, according to court records. He then marched to the U.S. Capitol Building and entered at approximately 3:22 p.m. through the Senate Wing Door. He exited through the same door nine minutes later.

A criminal complaint filed by the FBI includes images taken from security footage and third parties that appear to show Colgan inside the Capitol Building on Jan. 6 after security at the building was breached and throngs of people swarmed inside. Colgan was wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt and a blue "TRUMP" baseball cap with white, red and yellow lettering.

It also includes a post from Colgan's Facebook page dated Jan. 5, 2021.

"Today is the start of the chaos, the start of a revolution, the end of a chapter, (UI) states several million Brothers and Sisters united at our nation's capitol to over throw this corrupt government and to form a new brotherhood of Patriots that will be permanently carved into our history books to never be forgotten," the post reads. "We love our president Donald Trump, his family, everything he's done for us since day one even while being slandered, cheated and pourded (sic) on. His continuous fight for his people to ensure their future has not stopped, its time we return the favor."

According to that Facebook page, Colgan grew up in Jefferson, lived elsewhere for a time and then moved back in June 2021 where he ran his business, Bunker Hill Floor Sanding and Refinishing.

Colgan was one of five men with ties to Maine charged in connection with the insurrection.

Kyle Fitzsimons, 37, of Lebanon, was found guilty of 11 charges. Glen Mitchell Simon, 30, a former Minot resident who moved to Georgia, was sentenced to eight months in prison after pleading guilty to his role in the riot. Nicholas Hendrix, 35, of Gorham, pleaded guilty in 2022 to participating in the attack and was sentenced to 30 days in prison. Todd Tilley, 61, of South Paris, was charged with four criminal counts for his participation.

An Edgewater man is facing up to five years in federal prison after pleading guilty Thursday to his actions during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, including making contact with a police officer, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Howard Adams, 62, entered the guilty plea in the District of Columbia to interfering with law enforcement officers during a civil disorder, a felony. U.S. District Court Judge Beryl A. Howell set sentencing for March 31, according to the release.

Another Volusia County man, Joseph Biggs, a Volusia County Proud Boys leader, is currently on trial in Washington, D.C., federal court on charges related to the U.S. Capitol riot.

After Adams proceeded across the East Plaza to the East Rotunda doorway, a group of people unlawfully pushed away police officers and entered the building, the release stated. Adams followed and proceeded to the Rotunda and through Statuary Hall, according to the release.

Adams then went to the House Chamber door after others pushed aside police officers, the release continued. Adams and others then amassed outside the House Chamber doorway for several minutes chanting, “Break it down!” and “Stop the steal!” the release stated.

But the  group was unable to open the door, according to the release.

Several minutes later, Adams returned to the Rotunda and encountered law enforcement officers clearing the room, the release stated.

Adams intentionally walked toward the officers instead of going toward the exit opposite the police, according to the release.

Adams unfurled and raised a flag while raising both hands as he did so, the release stated.

Adams then made physical contact with one of the officers as the officer tried to push Adams in the opposite direction toward the exit; the officer sprayed Adams with a chemical irritant, according to the release.

Meanwhile, several others were behind Adams surging toward the police line, the release stated.

Adams eventually left the building through the East Rotunda doorway at approximately 3:15 p.m., the release stated.

Adams was arrested on March 10, 2021, in Edgewater, the release stated.

Since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 950 individuals have been arrested in nearly every state for crimes related to Jan. 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol, according to the release. That includes more than 284 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement, the release stated.

MAGA Anesthesiologist Hit With Jan. 6 Charges After Ex-Pal Turns Him In.

A board-certified cardiothoracic anesthesiologist from Southern California is facing federal charges over his alleged participation in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot in support of ex-President Donald Trump.

Austin Brendlen Harris, an M.D. who runs a ketamine infusion clinic in Sherman Oaks, was captured on surveillance video inside the building, comparing Capitol police officers to Nazis, according to a federal complaint unsealed Thursday.

Harris, who was wearing a “Lions Not Sheep” cap during the attempted insurrection, was turned in by a “former friend” who spotted a Facebook post of Harris at the scene and reported it to the FBI.

The complaint says Harris shared video on the social media platform that showed him “kneeling beside the woman shot inside,” presumably referring to Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt, who was shot by a Capitol Police lieutenant trying to stop the mob from breaching a door leading to the lobby of the House of Representatives chamber.

“Thank you all for your concern,” Harris wrote in a follow-up post, which was submitted to the FBI by a second tipster. In it, Harris falsely claimed the violent siege was in fact a “false flag event” carried out by “Antifa dressed up like Trump supporters,” with a goal to bring about “even more oppression of conservatives.”

“I am safe here in DC,” continued Harris, who in 2021 was disciplined by state medical authorities for multiple DUIs and erratic behavior at work.

“Was treating trauma patients at the capitol building.”

Harris also used Parler, the right-wing messaging app, to discuss his plans for Jan. 6, according to the complaint. In one message posted under Harris’ handle, @ARealLifeDoctor, he asked for hotel recommendations, prosecutors say.

“Does anyone know which hotels in DC the Trump supporters will be staying at for the DC rally Jan 6th?” he wrote. “I want to be with the MAGA crowd, not accidentally mixed in with the ‘wrong’ protesters [wink emoji].”

More than 50 percent of the Jan. 6 crowd was made up of white-collar workers, according to one analysis. Harris is the first known anesthesiologist to face charges connected to the riot, but was joined by at least two other M.D.s at the Capitol that day. At least two chiropractors have also been among those picked up on allegations they stormed the Capitol.

Harris does not yet have an attorney listed in court records, and was unable to be reached for comment on Thursday.

January 6 Rioter Who Pepper-Sprayed Officer Brian Sicknick Gets Seven-Year Prison Sentence.

A Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol rioter who attacked police officers with pepper spray, including one who died the next day, was sentenced to more than six years in prison Friday.

Julian Khater, 33, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Thomas Hogan to serve six years and eight months in prison. His co-defendant, George Tanios, was sentenced Friday to time served over two misdemeanor charges related to his involvement in the attack.

Both men were arrested last March for their roles in the attack that left several people dead and hundreds of officers injured. Khater, a Pennsylvania resident, assaulted several officers with pepper spray, including Officer Brian Sicknick, who died a day later after two strokes.

A man who pepper-sprayed police officer Brian Sicknick during the January 6 Capitol riot was sentenced Friday to almost seven years in prison.

“I don’t know what got into you,” federal judge Thomas Hogan said as he handed down the punishment of 80 months’ imprisonment to protester Julian Khater. “Somehow you got determined to push your way through the crowd.” The judge also fined Khater $10,000.

Khater pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting law enforcement with a dangerous weapon. He admitted to spraying Sicknick, who died later of natural causes, as well as U.S. Capitol Police officer Caroline Edwards, with pepper spray. Sicknick endured strokes after standing patrol during the January 6 riot. A medical examiner concluded that Sicknick experienced “acute brainstem and cerebellar infarcts due to acute basilar artery thrombosis.” Ultimately, the pepper-spraying was not determined to be the direct cause of Sicknick’s death.
