I think some people have reasoning that takes this form: "So and so is 250-lb at 25% body fat. That's equal to ~188 -lb of LBM. So he can definitely compete at 195 and under 4% body fat naturally!"

In reality, I think people underestimate how much muscle mass people lose when cutting.
But yeah, sure - a natural person could have as much lean body mass as Tito...it's just they wouldn't be able to get to that conditioning at that weight without PED's.
It's interesting to think that every single person bigger than him in the same condition is using. The human body really doesn't have much potential for bodybuilding. At least, IMO.
I wonder who the real top naturals are? Skip LaCour told me he was all natural. To be fair to skip, he was 205, but looked 245 in some photos.
