honestly...15 to 17 %

i drink beer everyday...lots of it..i eat like crap..i haven't trained in months..and my abs are still showing better than yours and i'd put mysdelf at !5 to 20 %

i'd tell him a nice cycle of test and drol would do wonders...but then again..i'm partial to drol..i walk around with a perm. woody!
